Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship orders to addresses within the U.S., including the contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. For international shipping, we recommend using Reship.com to forward your purchase to your address

How long does it take to ship during the holidays?

The holidays are our busiest time of the year, and it can take 3-5 business days to fulfill and prepare your order. We encourage our customers to place their orders early for delivery before the holidays so there is ample time to prepare your order for shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking information via email. Shipping can be between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that once in transit, some shipping carriers may face their own delays that we cannot control once your order is shipped.

What is the return policy?

Return Conditions:

  1. Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns only for products in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.
  2. Time Frame for Returns: Please initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  4. Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  5. Free Return Shipping: We cover all costs associated with the return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@toddlertogo.com, and we will provide you with the necessary shipping labels and instructions.
  6. Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and handle all associated shipping expenses.

What is the exchange policy?

We do not offer direct exchanges. For an exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.

Is there a product warranty?

All of our products come with 1-year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other products have a 90-day warranty. If you need product support or replacement for broken products, please submit a claim via our warranty form. We’ll get you the support you need STAT.

Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.

Are your kits dishwasher safe?

Yes it is. All of our materials are dishwasher safe.

Are there any age limit for your kits?

No. Our kits are designed to be used from age 0 to age 5. However, it works just as well for older kids.

Will the price appear on the box or packaging slip?

No. We never include the price within your order so that you can easily send directly to gift recipients.
